Frank and his son Noah came to my house yesterday to install an over the range microwave oven. They were very pleasant, friendly and courteous. The job was a bit tricky but they handled it flawlessly and in an hour or so the microwave was installed. It looks great! These guys really know what they're doing, and you won't go wrong if you hire them. The price for the installation was more than reasonable. Frank is first on my list of handymen the next time I need one!
Frank is responsive, professional, and efficient! We had a list of about a dozen miscellaneous projects around the house and he tackled each one with ease. Projects included tiling a backsplash, building legs for a kitchen island, installing a doorway reducer, anchoring/hanging a gigantic mirror, installing a ceiling light fixture, and a few painting projects. Frank is now our go-to handyman!
Frank is awesome! Set a date and kept it even though it was weeks out because of his busy schedule. He kept in communication and arrived on time. That in and of itself deserves high praise.
In less than an hour he helped to make adjustments to something I needed moved, helped by cutting and installing 8 ft of baseboard, and checked on a possible leak issue! Everything looks better than it was and it was very reasonable.
I will definitely be calling on Frank for all of my issues!
Frank from Homefixir Handyman was outstanding!!! The job was a jammed outside gate. It required cutting down the wood and re-installing the hardware. It was a small job but he treated it with 100% professional care. He gave me a reasonable estimate based on a few photos that I texted to him. He explained how his system worked including that if he encountered unforeseen issues he would discuss costs and options before moving forward. He was able to do the job the next day but offered other available days. Before arriving he brought up the need for access to a power outlet and asked about availability of touch-up paint. When touch-up paint couldn't be found he had his own paint which was a perfect match. He showed up exactly on time and completed the job perfectly. He sent me photos and videos of the work. He offered many ways to pay including a credit card and provided an invoice through Quicken. Many other handyman won't give estimates or have high minimums that don't work for smaller jobs. This is the best handyman service and I have used MANY.
Frank and his son came out to my house ON TIME and ready to work! I sent them a YouTube video of a bike rack mounting system for my garage that I wanted installed and they followed the video and did it PERFECT! Super clean and polite and respectful along with a reasonable price - what more can you ask for? So happy to have found my new handyman in the Conejo Valley!!
